Q.

how to increase weight of child...??? my son is 3.5 years old and his weight is 12 kg. He use to eat everything that includes fruits, 2 glass milk, cornflakes or dalia or oats, chapati dal rice veggie everthing in a day.

A. weight is not good n not bad. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

A. Hi mom. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain. Take care
