RayanMom of 3 children4 days agoA. Hello mam, for your preschooler give variety of healthy foods. Include protein in diet and encourage to drink water for hydration. Give coconut chutney, green gram curry, dal khichdi and whole wheat bread sandwich loaded with veggies and appreciate what he loves to eat. Gradually increase the proportion of food. don't give any snacks inbetween meals
