ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. feed high protein diet. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

U Put your child into some sports like swimming or basketball or something like that because these sports are very very good they require a lot of high-level energy and also increase height also increases so it would be advisable for you to put your time into some of the spots like this whatever your child is more interested in
