8 AM-ragi porridge
11 AM-any fruit with dry fruit powder and honey
1 p.m-Khichdi with vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-fruit juice or soup
7 PM-dinner
Before sleeping a glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric added to it. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses. You can give buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home. Avoid outside and junk foods.
