give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk products.. keep good hygiene.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and if the child is active weight is not a problem and include Banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg dry fruits etc
