ideally by 4 months the weight should be anywhere between 5.6 - 8.6 kgs.
Feed for longer time from one breast so that the baby gets both fore milk and hind milk.
Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby. Then switch to the other side to feed ur baby
