A. Hello mom height to a very great extent to depends on ones genes as-well , for weight .. you can give healthy calorie intake , such as fresh fruit milk shakes , lentils and legumes, eggs. Dry fruits and nuts, soya , stuff paranthas with panner or potatoes etc
