Q.
How to increase milk supply.. till 1 month milk production was very good but after that it's very low even by pumping its hardly 15 ml and sometimes not even that. I want to breastfeed my baby exclusive.. please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. have dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday.

SonamMom of a 4 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Have satavari powder in water or milk atleast twice a day. You can get that in any chemist. Its name is satavarex of zandu company. Very good for increasing milk production.

You Can try having lactation supplements if they help you in increasing your lactation them very well and good otherwise you’ll have to switch to formula feeding it without a choice because if you do not have sufficient lactation even after having supplements and you do not have any other choice
