how to increase milk supply? as I am worried for my baby she is not gaining weight and refusing formula milk

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. so ensure that the baby is only exclusively breastfed.
baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then the milk supply is sufficient.
Check for good latch, correct position while feeding
Have lot of fluids and water
consume a well balanced diet for enough milk production.
foods like Methi, green leafy vegetables, Dill leaves or shepu, tree gum or Gond, saunth Garden cress seeds, garlic intake
