how to increase breast milk supply? my baby is 3month old and he is 60% in formula milk. I have asked my pediatrics about supplements for increasing the supply but I didn't get the suitable answer, please suggest a suitable supplement for increasing it, I really want to increase the supply as my baby cry.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet
