Q.

how to increase breast milk supply? my baby is 3month old and he is 60% in formula milk. I have asked my pediatrics about supplements for increasing the supply but I didn't get the suitable answer, please suggest a suitable supplement for increasing it, I really want to increase the supply as my baby cry.

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet
