How to increase breast milk supply. I have tried lactonic granules as well But it doesn’t help. Also i get tired while breast feeding and unsure if my baby is getting enough milk. Coz she still feels hungry after that. She is just 6 weeks.

A. hello lactation medicine also not being of much help then try to include lots of all kind of green leafy veggies especially fenugreek, dill, spinach which can help n will be safe too
