A. Hi Give atleast 4 to 5 meals a day from recipes like daal rice, vegetable Paratha, curd, upma, sheera , idli sambar, chilla with curd, lassi, vegetable soup, boiled egg, chicken soup, paneer paratha, khichadi with sabji and curd, fruit smoothie , custard
