Foods like dals, paneer, nuts, ghee, banana and potato should be a part of his regular meals. Give you child small, frequent and nutrient dense foods like - paneer pulao, egg sandwich, nuts ladoo, banana milkshake etc.

Also give rich diet like full cream milk C ghee butter cheese etc but in limit. But must balance his diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
