Complexion is genetic..so no soap oil etc help in complexion change..babies tend to loose their colour after birth and during massage period once they grow they get back to normal.. just keep the baby clean and hygienic.. can apply a paste of milk and Rose petals before bath.. drink lots of water and also a glass of water before feeding the baby this will keep the baby hydrated
