Let elders practice healthy eating at home. stop keeping Biscuits, waffers, bakery products, chips chocolates, farsan, at home
Make kids play a lot(outdoor) so that they get hungry .

After a year... try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods..only by giving family foods baby Wil get used to it and in further they will hav e all foods. Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday..
