to improve your child diet ,you can try some below tricks which can help :
offer healthy breakfast which enrich your child metabolism.
give few sips of water or very tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice before half an hour of meal time.
encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feel hungry.
keep proper gap between meal and snacks time.
