A. hi, engage yourself in meditation, pranayam, yoga.. involved yourself in your favorite hobby, some house hold chores, play your fav music.. do frequent talk with ur near n dear.

A. hello just try to talk to your child and eve video call twice or thrice in a day is also helpful and you can have meditation also which can be helpful and always try to stay positive and things will be all fine is stay calm and stay positive which also help you
