how to habituate child to take healthy food ??

A. it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for ddifferent colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child. You can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it more calorie rich.

A. Hello Different varieties to the child on an every day basis hopefully that should be working for you because sometimes when you break the monotony of everyday food that you are giving that is going to be helpful to try to work upon different varieties for the child
