Potty Training can be started after the age of 2 yrs.for this you need to develop a conditioned reflex in the child so by fixing a particular time regularly in which the child should be sitted over the potty seat .do not force the child instead make it a playful activity and not to make the child repulsive about it.slowly the child will learn to indicate before the time.

See your child is too small as of now I would just say that don’t force your child too much you should just start taking your child to the washroom every two hours that is how your child is going to learn the washroom every time so that is what you can do as of now
