till 6 months baby is on breastfeeeding only
post 6 momths you can start with kitchen based feeds as well along with breastfeeding for baby.

Proper feeding should be given to the child if you have proper breastfeeding then try to breastfeed your child for first six months exclusive breastfeeding the child is not gaining then I’m just going to recommend you that you start giving formula feeding to the child
