GowthamiGuardian of a 7 m old boy1 day agoA. Connect with doctor and take opinion if doctor said its ok to give dry roast the makhana and poder it and mix with home made ceralac oats makahana nuts if not the same poder can be mixed with steamed apple or rippen banana puree
