How to give econorm sachet to 3 month baby. Mix one single sachet with breast milk or use half sachet. Please explain

For a small child you can use half sachet one time and you can mix it with warm water 1 teaspoon of warm water is actually the right way not meant to give it with breast milk or anything and twice in a day you can give that one sat two times in a day half and half
