daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.
Avoid stress and take adequate rest.

Hello A lot of women have hair fall after their delivery and that’s very normal that’s postpartum hair fall in this case I’ll advise you to make some onion coconut oil you can find a recipe on YouTube it’s very simple not much ingredients are needed go for that else apply onion juice into your scalp two times in a week and then keep it 30 minutes in your scalp and then just wash it
