You can give foods which are natural as well suggest dry fruits and nuts, milk, Paneer, ghee, variety of dolls and legumes like Chana rajma, Whole grain and cereals certain foods like banana, Chiku ,Mango ,avocado ,stuffed parathas with potato ,sweet potato etc
