A. Hello mom healthy calorie rich food are a good option and timely food and physical activity, so foods such as dry fruits and roasted nuts , dals and chana , sprouts , rajma , horse gram , sago , milk , panner , ghee , eggs if preferred, whole grain cereals, fruits and vegetables such as banana , custard apple , mango , avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes etc are helpful
