This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nvjutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.n
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

There is nothing fast it is that a proper diet should be given in the child is going to gain its weight as its own pays and how good is your child eating maximum you have to give more of proteins along with the diet that you’re following for the diet which is definitely going to be a lot beneficial for your kid
