ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Include all food groups in your child's meals, make sure he's active throughout the day monitor his sleep and water intake.
Give him small and frequent meals.
Include calorie and nutrient rich foods like - nuts ladoo, aloo cheese paratha, fruit lassi, paneer pulao, ragi chocolate pancake, sprouts bhel, caramelised sweet potato, corn chaat, creamy palak soup.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
