Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. the skin of small children is very sensitive so do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which might be causing allergy and secondary infections and just clean with simple water and meet your doctor if the child is developing some skin rash or allergy
