Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hello You can start with fluids initially like rice water, dal water Then give boiled & mashed potato with some ghee. By 8th month, you can give egg yolk, & observe for 3 days for any allergic signs. if tolerated, then give boiled egg white
