How to exclusively express my milk through breastpump because I cannot directly feed my baby because of unavoidable circumstances

A. Hello dear parent, you can express the milk using breast pump machine either manual or electronic. They are easily available in the world. So do not worry. And also must wash and sterilise the pump after use.
