ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, give homemade foods to your baby. do not give any sort of commercially available packaged foods. you can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer.
then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
later mashed paneer.

you mean to say which food items should be introduced for Healthy growth of child?
if yes then I advise to give homemade healthy freshly cooked food items
give different vegetables and fruits puree,dal Pani, rice water etc to your child.
