A. you can give paracetamol drops prescribed by your doctor or given by immunization health worker, you can give it 6 hourly if fever persists, if the fever continues and doesn't reduce within 1-2 days then consult with your paediatrician.

A. You can give paracetamol to the child and you can repeat it every six hours which is what is going to be helpful for you to reduce the fever and still if the fever doesn’t reduce down completely by the time of 72 hours you need to consult your doctor for further assistance
