how to deal with oversuply of breastmilk than my baby requires...pls suggest me a solution..

A. during a time of breastfeeding yes you have over supply of breast milk at that time you can just pump out your breast milk and throw it there would be no harm if you are doing this and not also the baby will be affected by less breast milk supply

A. You can use a nipple shield that actually helps a lot in regulating the flow of the milk for the child you can use that otherwise if you are really good amount of milk then you can actually go ahead with the expressing your breast feeding and storing it for your child to so that you can feed it later
