Hello dear parent, for constipation in mom's after delivery, you shoud o b my eat that is fibrous and green leafy vegetables help in curing constipation. Also eat fruits like papaya, mango, pineapple etc. Include curd in your diet. Drink k lots of water. And reduce the consumption of milk.
