A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such tedmperature variations. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization. when aldlergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

A. hi parent keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed apptox three feet far over night use nebulizer as suggested by your doctor for fast relief keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 please consult an experienced homeopath
