ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2 months old now post vaccination apply ice at site of injection and if there is lump give paracetamol drops 0.5 ml twice a day for 1-2 days

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hey mommy this will go away on it's own in a few days. amke sure you don't massage the injection sure just using a ice pack on teb injection site will help with the swelling and the pain to some extent.
