If baby is active and playful,no fever ,passing adequate urine i.e minimum 6-8 times per day then no need to worry for motion.keep your baby well hydrated.if blood in motion,foul smelling motion or less urine output then consult with your nearest pediatrician

First you’ll have to understand what is the problem what is the reason behind it and according to that you can give medicine if it is a normal situation without any problem then they are going to subside with basic medicines of probiotic but if it is some other reason then antibiotic would be required
