Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. for nasal blockage as well as cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops of any brand and it can be given again and again that is can be repeated every three hourly.
it is salt water so does not have any side effects. can give indirects steam inhalation .
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be givenz only after medical consultation.
continue regular diet of the child to keep the child well hydrated and try to prevent temperature variations around the child

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. You may warm some coocnut oil add some tulsi leaves and apply to baby's chest and sole for relief. You may alos apply warm mustard oil infused with sole garlic pods. Give medicines too if needed. Keep bbay hydrated take care and see doctor if needed
