Simran NandaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. its common due to hormonal changes. keep yourself hydrated and keep face clean and oil free. use a good face wash. i suggest to use mamaearth tea tree face wash and serum. both are paraben and SLS free products that helps to control acne and gives you a pimple free glowing skin.

Madam Those must be due to postpartum so just like that you cannot get rid of these things will have to consult a dermatologist only because these are due to the hormonal changes in the body either they will settle down them sells only within six months otherwise will have to consult a skin specialist
