how to control cough of my 4 month old baby I have been using maxtra paracetamol drops nasal drops

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptofmatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allerfgic medications
