how to control a cranky and naughty 22 month old baby girl who never try to listen my instructions

A. If u shout or punish them they will become more stubborn... Don't give them what they are throwing tantrums for... At the same time do not punish them... U need to divert them calmly and in more cheering way... So that they forget what they were asking for That's the way I handle my 2yr old
