Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually you are not supposed to put or insert anything like if your finding outside you can clean it very slightly with the cloth or is it is a must that you have to check with your doctor or else if it is visible outside the your you can clean it in a good cotton cloth
