Before every feeding session, you need to clean up your breasts with a cotton cloth dip in lukewarm water to ensure there is no sweat or any other thing. Let your baby well on your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeed. Post feeding session, also clean up your breast well and also clean up your baby’s mouthwith a warm cloth. Good luck and take care.
