A. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently steam inhalation will also be helpful in this case if there are any conducted sounds or wheezing and the baby is not able to feed then you need to take an opinion from your pediatrician if any further treatment is required for this.Ear should be only clean superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping  Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if your baby is continuously rubbing the ear or there is any sign of pain when you should consult ENT specialist for this for proper clinical examination till then you should maintain good hygiene. do not let the soap water enter into the ear during bathing and the breast milk or secretions during feeding.

A. See You can just use a soft cloth just waited a little and then you can clean the outer areas of the ears and nose like that and you can put a little bit into the nose your nose gently and clean it that’s the only way you can clean it apart from that it is there is anything further than that then consult an ENT doctor
