Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. to clean nose of baby you can use saline nasal drops so as to clear any kind of blockage and you can use it multiple times in a day it has no side effects clean the eyes using clean wet cloth/water should not try to clean the ear enter anything into the babies here you can clean superficially using a wet cloth
