Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can use a clean cotton cloth or silicon finger brush for this regarding this concern further you can dicuss with the doctor if any such queries or doubts are there it will be cleared . your doctor will as give guidance as needed.

Use Hi silicon tongue cleaner you can easily find it at a medical store and it’s very easily available so go ahead with that you can use it when you are giving a bath to the child clean the tongue properly and in general after giving a feeling you can clean it with the soft wet cloth
