Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. you have to clean the ears of the child only externally with cotton cloth. do not use anything like earbuds to clean the internal ear. this will only do more harm as wax will get impacted inside deep and will cause more problemf. if you fedel that the child is having some problems in the internal ear then kindly meet your doctor for examination. if the child is having wax problem and not improving with drops you have to get it removed with the help of your ent doctor.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as such no need of it although if there is excess wax ,you should consult your pediatrician who can prescribe needed drop for this or you can use Babyhug ear syringe for this
