how to avoid her from watching TV, the reason for allowing her TV is that I have to work, and she insists me to play with her, so for my convenience i turn on the TV...

I understand your concern but you will have to keep your child busy into some of the other activities in a way and you have to teach your child to play alone because with single kids I know this is a major problem but slowly the kids are going to adapt if you keep doing these things keep the child with you in the kitchen or wherever you are working with the child is playing with you and you are around the child
