Q.

How to avoid collic issues in babies?

1 Answer
Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years ago
A. hi dear Colic is thought to be due to swallowed air, so holding the baby in an upright position when feeding may help to reduce the amount of air swallowed. If the baby is bottle-fed, a fast-flow teat will help to reduce the amount of swallowed air by allowing milk to flow freely when the baby sucks the teat.Keep track of what you eat and drink. ... Avoid caffeine and chocolate, which act as stimulants. Avoid dairy products and nuts, in case your baby is allergic to them. Ask your doctor if any medicines you're taking could be causing the problem.
