How solid the food suppose to be feed to 8-12 month old baby? Should it be semi solid or even more?

Hi mom Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby
